I seek remote roles across European time zones where I can lead community and customer support, drive partner and affiliate growth, mentor teams, and contribute to product quality in a collaborative, mission-driven company.

I am a Senior Community Support Expert with over 20 years in technology and the video game industry, experienced from startups to large corporations and 60+ person teams. I excel in community leadership, international relations, project management, talent development, and stakeholder communication.

My recent roles include Director of Community & Affiliate Relations where I implemented a new affiliate system that grew the network tenfold, and Senior Community Support where I designed helpdesk programs and contributed to QA testing. I have led partnership onboarding, delivered VIP support, and managed cross-functional software integrations to deliver projects on time and within budget.

I founded and run Vineyard, a philanthropic initiative providing web hosting and custom applications across a 22-server Linux network, demonstrating my technical administration skills and commitment to accessibility. I communicate fluently in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and am available for remote roles across European time zones.
