I enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, improving IT processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting users to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. I am also continuously developing my skills in Azure, AWS, cloud technologies, networking, and automation. I am currently looking for opportunities in IT Support, IT Administration, M365 Support, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support roles where I can apply my technical skills, take on new challenges, and grow professionally while contributing to the organization’s success.
