What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote roles in customer success, operations, and content operations, working across EU and US hours.

At LocalOptics, I helped build the content production system used to publish 15,000+ Google Business Profile posts a month for 500+ home-services clients. Writers went from about 75 minutes per client to about 30, while Google rejected just 2 to 7 posts a month.

I joined as a Customer Solutions Engineer and later became Content Manager. I documented the onboarding process and co-led the move of about 180 acquired accounts into our workflow within two weeks of the merger.

I also architected and directed the AI-assisted build of a React batch-content tool, replacing a six-post-per-prompt limit with full 30-day batches and cutting token costs by about 70%. In my current independent consulting work, I do Local SEO and Google Business Profile work with a partner, including automated posting built in n8n.

Before moving into content and customer operations, I spent about 9.5 years teaching English to adult professionals. I'm based in Serbia and looking for remote roles in customer success, operations, and content operations.
