What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Client Success/Operations role where I can lead remote teams, use KPI insights to optimize workflows, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement through coaching, quality assurance, and strong customer engagement.

I manage client relationships and daily operations to ensure high service quality. In my Client Success Manager role, I led coaching, performance management, and team development for remote employees.

I also strengthened operational consistency through quality oversight and hands-on team leadership. As a Quality Controller & Team Supervisor, I supervised daily operations, reviewed performance, delivered feedback, and supported training and onboarding.
