At Nedbank, I manage delivery across Cash Operations and Self-Service Banking, taking operational and technology-enabled initiatives from problem definition through implementation. I led the business design and end-to-end delivery of a cash-movement solution designed to manage more than R1.2 billion in monthly movements.
I’m also the functional owner of a critical reconciliation platform, where I define business rules and coordinate testing and production changes. At Nedbank, I drove remediation of an access-control risk and led delivery of a centralised Device Master solution.
Earlier, as an Intern – Business Analysis / Process Engineering at Deloitte South Africa, I supported business-analysis work for a South African bank and mapped payroll processes for a mining company. My BEng in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria informs my work in process improvement, requirements, and delivery.
