I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer service excellence with data-driven insights—supporting customers, organizing accurate information, and improving day-to-day performance in a fast-moving, process-focused environment.

I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with extensive experience in customer service and data management, backed by a strong background in banking and finance. I’m known for exceptional communication, problem-solving, and the empathy to handle challenging situations with professionalism. I also bring accuracy and efficiency to every task I own.

In my current role as a Sales Merchandiser, I ensure CWAY Food and Beverage products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and rotated in retail outlets. I build relationships with retailers to increase visibility and shelf space, monitor stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and implement in-store promotions and attractive displays to drive sales. I track sales performance, gather market and competitor information, and submit regular sales reports.
