What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Microsoft 365/Exchange modernization where I can deliver secure identity and hybrid migration solutions, set architecture direction, and improve enterprise collaboration through Office 365, Teams, and strong messaging security.

I’m a results-driven IT professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience across Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint and Office 365) administration and migration. I’ve led onboarding and migration of small to mid-sized organisations to the Office 365 cloud, using ADMT and third-party tools like Quest and Binary Tree, while designing and maintaining secure, reliable enterprise messaging and collaboration.

In my role as a Microsoft 365 Solution Engineer, I take ownership of end-to-end client delivery—migrations, modernization, application optimization, and security/identity assessments—while providing technical leadership and architectural guidance. Across my Exchange consulting and migration work, I’ve upgraded and deployed Exchange 2016/Exchange Online, implemented ADFS and directory synchronization, supported hybrid coexistence, and handled operational incidents with a strong focus on high availability and continuous improvement.
