I've led a team of 10 engineers supporting more than 20,000 Microsoft 365 mailboxes at McAfee/Trellix, driving service quality, KPI tracking, root-cause analysis, and large-scale Exchange and Microsoft 365 migrations.
Across 20 years in global enterprise environments, I've strengthened mail flow, authentication, governance, compliance, and operational knowledge. I established a knowledge-engineering Center of Excellence and personally created more than 500 technical articles.
