I've supported Airtel Nigeria's outbound unit by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, escalating problems when needed, and meeting service targets.
Before Airtel, I worked as a classroom teacher at Calgary Group of School and Lateef Lamina College, where I prepared lesson notes, coordinated class activities, and managed school administrative and customer-service responsibilities.
At Calgary Group of School, I collaborated on programs that supported a positive multicultural environment for more than 300 students. I also managed student welfare responsibilities, including incident reports, confidential information, conflict resolution, and maintenance issues.
My earlier work at the National Institute of Freshwater Fisheries Research involved fish production, rearing fish from fingerlings to table size, and managing fish farms. I also coordinate with teachers on youth-led initiatives against exam malpractice.
