I’m looking to lead AI delivery and evaluation programs end to end—data governance, workforce scaling, and growth funnels—partnering with product and engineering to ship measurable outcomes, improve quality, and scale responsibly.

I’m a results-driven AI Program Manager with 5+ years of experience scaling large-scale data operations and RLHF delivery programs. I build delivery infrastructure from scratch (sourcing to payout), and I’ve managed ARR across hyperscaler AI lab accounts.

I’ve scaled evaluation workforces from 30 to 190+ while creating end-to-end human-in-the-loop systems: sourcing, vetting, onboarding, task routing, QA, fraud detection, and payout (with $1M+ annual disbursements). I stabilized a high-demand RLHF agentic evaluation program during a 10x demand spike, tripling program revenue in a single quarter while maintaining quality benchmarks.

I also lead growth strategy, analytics, and partnership funnels—translating ambiguous technical requirements into operational systems that deliver measurable outcomes.
