I seek roles where I can lead end-to-end program delivery, own P&L, drive growth and improve learner/customer NPS within a fast-paced, data-driven team.

I am a program management professional with experience owning end-to-end delivery of complex programs across online education and corporate training. I specialise in P&L ownership, institutional partnerships, program launches (0 to 1), and turning around program performance in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

At Scaler Academy I led program-level P&L optimisation and launched an Advanced AI Engineering program in partnership with IIT Roorkee, redesigning it for scale and achieving 65+ NPS. Initiatives I led in 2024 contributed approximately 60% of total online business profitability in 2025.

I have driven B2B corporate training delivery (AI & AWS), managed vendors and commercials to deliver profitably, and led cross-functional interventions that improved NPS from negative levels to sustained 30+ scores. I build scalable operating rhythms, SOPs, and review mechanisms to stabilise delivery across programs.
