What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build customer-led B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI products where I can own discovery, prioritization, cross-functional execution, and measurable growth outcomes.

I founded QRapid and grew it from a QR menu into a restaurant platform with 26 paying partners, 10,000+ registered diners, and $1.45M+ in processed transactions. Customer interviews shaped key product decisions, including retiming POS outreach to lift partner activation from 20% to 80%.

At ICICI Bank, I owned the Business Rules Engine supporting millions of loan and credit-card applications annually. I led a geospatial intelligence rollout across Risk, Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, and an external vendor, improving campaign approval quality by an estimated 15% without increasing default rates.

I also build AI products end to end, including CareerOS, an MIT-licensed Python job-search workflow, and Rizent AI, a private-beta investor-outreach platform built with TypeScript, Next.js, Express, BullMQ, and Postgres. I use AI to accelerate execution while keeping customer discovery and product judgment human-led.
