What I'm looking for
I’m a Consultant & Virtual Assistant focused on making SaaS implementations feel effortless. In my current role, I handle end-to-end onboarding of new clients onto Eureka Cloud (ERP SaaS)—from environment setup and access management to full implementation support.
I combine technical and functional support with disciplined incident follow-up. I resolve client queries and incidents independently through Euri and Chatwoot, and I manage technical incident reporting and follow-up through Jira until resolution.
I also manage complex grant and operations workflows with accuracy and clarity. I run end-to-end management of Kit Digital (NextGenerationEU), including evidence compilation, log management, documentation in Figma, and phase-by-phase justification—while also handling the complete operations cycle (contracting, e-signature, platform configuration, recurring billing, SEPA direct debit, and client data migration).
Beyond SaaS, I’ve built a strong foundation in Customer Success & Operations. I’ve managed international clients across B2C, B2B Travel Partners, and B2B Corporate Planners—handling bookings, amendments, cancellations, refunds, and complaints through multichannel tooling—while identifying process improvements to reduce turnaround times and minimise errors.
