What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR, recruitment, people operations, or employer branding role where I can support people-focused processes, build clear communications, and grow through hands-on responsibility.

I've supported end-to-end recruitment for a Barista role, from publishing job posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to screening applicants and coordinating shortlisted candidates. At Pustaka dan Cafe Pojok Steva, I referred two staff candidates who were both hired and retained as permanent employees.

I also kept library and food-and-beverage operations running during events with roughly three times projected attendance, coordinating kitchen, service, barista, and cashier functions without service disruption. Alongside people operations, I build employer-branding-relevant content through publication and communication coordination, a peer-reviewed JAKP article, a published poetry collection, and a national poetry competition I organized end-to-end.
