What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level remote role in recruiting or HR operations.

At Grand Hyatt Bali, I coordinated trainee recruitment across hotel departments, invited and followed up with candidates, and served as an English test examiner for employees going through promotion and hiring assessments.

I also prepared and summarized training attendance records for the HR team, documented HR and hotel events, and took part in employee welfare programs, including hospital visits on behalf of the HR department.

As a Teaching Assistant at Universitas Islam Indonesia, I led discussions on strategy and operations frameworks and prepared, ran, and graded quizzes and assignments. I’m looking for an entry-level remote role in recruiting or HR operations.
