I founded VINGRO Group of Companies, where I help MSMEs and large companies drive 2X–5X revenue growth through sales transformation, customer acquisition, channel development, and market expansion.

Since May 2024, I've consulted with 150+ MSMEs and 30+ large companies across retail, manufacturing, healthcare, education, food, textile, and digital services. I've also mentored 200+ business owners and advise founders and leadership teams on go-to-market execution, market positioning, and commercial growth.

Previously at TEXVALLEY, I built and led corporate sales, managing 60 executives across Sales, Marketing, and Administration. I contributed to scaling reported turnover from ₹2 Cr to ₹550 Cr over four years, closing 1,130 unit sales and 600+ rentals while expanding coverage across 10 districts in two states.

I use CRM, sales-intelligence, and AI tools to turn market research, competitive intelligence, account insights, and pipeline data into practical sales decisions. I'm interested in remote leadership, consulting, and growth roles where I can build sales systems and create measurable commercial momentum.
