I've supported private residential development in Bali by sourcing and coordinating suppliers, contractors, and consultants for Amerta Properties' Villa Kaba-Kaba project.

I built a working network of more than 250 relationships from cold outreach through signed working agreements. I presented an investor proposal covering financial modelling, deal structure, and multi-scenario exit strategy that resulted in a capital commitment.

I've also coordinated due diligence, negotiations, and legal, technical, and financial stakeholders to bring a private deal toward execution, including a co-investment arrangement between parties with different ownership and capital objectives.

Alongside business development, I defined communication strategy and brand identity for Signature Design, launched its website, and produced digital campaigns, editorial content, and client communications. I'm fluent in French, English, and Indonesian, and bring cross-cultural communication to business development and client relations work.
