I’m a dedicated, results-oriented Information Technology professional with a Diploma in Information Technology from Mount Kenya University. I’m passionate about technology, committed to continuous learning, and focused on delivering reliable support in fast-paced environments.

In my Clerk Officer role at Nyamache Civil Registry, I managed birth and death registration records with accuracy and confidentiality. I performed data entry and maintained electronic databases, and I also assisted in network administration and basic IT support while managing official records and documentation.

Previously, as a Customer Care Assistant at Ufanisi Hotel, I welcomed guests and provided exceptional customer service through efficient front desk support. I coordinated communication between customers and hotel staff while maintaining a professional, friendly environment that improved customer satisfaction.
