I am an HR professional with a B.Sc. in Business Management (Special) from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, bringing hands-on experience from Brandix Apparel Solutions where I managed recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

At Brandix I oversaw the full recruitment cycle, sourced candidates, conducted interviews, administered HR policies, and coordinated orientation and training programs to improve staff productivity.

I have practical experience maintaining HR records (EPF/ETF, personal files), ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling disciplinary actions, and reconciling petty cash—paired with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

I am motivated to contribute in a dynamic team environment where I can apply my HR administration skills, continue learning (AAT partly qualified; Executive level of ICASL coursework) and help build effective people processes.
