I’m looking for an HR role where I can own recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement while improving HR processes. I want a positive, efficient environment that values accurate documentation, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.

I’m an HR professional with over seven years of progressive experience in HR management and administration, specializing in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. I focus on keeping HR documentation accurate and audit-ready while supporting day-to-day HR workflow efficiency.

In my current role as a Human Resources Officer (AB Mauri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd), I coordinate end-to-end recruitment for permanent and outsourced staff, manage payroll and staff administration, and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records to support internal controls. I also prepare appointment letters and employment contracts, ensuring employee data integrity in line with statutory requirements and audit standards.

I actively support employee relations by resolving concerns professionally and confidentially, and I help drive engagement programs, workshops, and welfare initiatives to boost morale and retention. I’m also experienced in HR operations reporting, corporate mobile & telecommunication administration, and international travel coordination for management and staff.
