Led global HR transformation data migration from SAP to Workday supporting 80+ countries and 120K+ employees. Managed data extraction/validation, defined data fields for integrity, and coordinated stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, and developers.

Designed dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks in ServiceNow and defined performance metrics and reporting standards. Created process documentation and reporting governance models to improve operational visibility.

Designed and implemented an interim Time & Attendance solution during a global Workday system outage. Re-engineered payroll processes for uninterrupted execution and supported functional and UAT testing for Workday Time Tracking, HCM, and Absence modules.

Led end-to-end implementation of UKG Kronos Workforce Central, delivering global Time & Attendance deployments across multiple countries. Managed project lifecycle activities including requirements, build, UAT, change management, deployment, and hyper-care, coordinating HR/HCM/Payroll/IT teams.

Transformed recruitment and onboarding processes for an EMEA shift to a country-to-BPO model and implemented an automated document management platform. Reduced new-hire document preparation time and led training/coaching and process documentation during transition.
