I’m looking for an IT project management role where I can drive real change, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, keep risks and budgets under control, and deliver measurable improvements. Eager to work with AI and new technologies.

Ideally if it would also fit with manufacturing process, to combine my engineering background with the project management skills.

I’m a well-organized Project Manager with over 9 years in multicultural environments, including 4 years delivering IT projects tied to Finance transformation and salesforce applications. I enjoy working with people and bring strong attention to detail to every stage of delivery.

At ABB Business Services, I took over a mid-design initiative and successfully delivered a 1.8 MUSD improvement project under the Global Financial Transformation Programme (+100 countries/entities). I manage multiple stakeholders, keep risk logs up to date, and continuously adjust plans and meeting periodicity to debottleneck delivery when needed.

Previously, I worked as a Junior Project Manager — analyzing business needs, preparing documentation and manuals, assigning tasks across dev/test/deploy (Jira), and overseeing production start and support.

Earlier roles (steel plant engineering) included Product Development and Hot Metal production specialist work, where I performed analysis and calculations (Excel, MS Access, Minitab) and led process oversight and optimization initiatives using clear executive reporting.
