What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply bioinformatics, genomic data analysis, and machine learning to meaningful research or healthcare problems while continuing to grow through hands-on computational and laboratory work.

I've built ClinSTRAT, a live Streamlit classifier that integrates clinical pathology and microarray gene-expression data from 2,509 METABRIC patients to predict six breast cancer molecular subtypes. I caught and corrected a target-leakage issue during validation, then benchmarked Random Forest, SVM, and XGBoost models on held-out data.

Alongside genomics work, I've researched biosurfactant production, life-cycle assessment, and wastewater-remediation membranes at SRMIST. My work includes achieving over 85% dye rejection in preliminary membrane trials and improving sophorolipid recovery by about 20% over baseline.
