I've worked on glioblastoma gene-expression profiling, sepsis biomarker identification, coral microbiome profiling, and comparative transcriptomic analyses of rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis. I use Python, R, Linux, RNA-seq workflows, GATK, DESeq2, Kraken2, BLAST, AutoDock, and PyMOL to analyze large datasets, perform variant calling, and support structure-based drug discovery.
