What I'm looking for

I seek roles applying computational and ML methods to biomedical and genomics data, with collaborative teams, reproducible pipelines, and opportunities for translational impact.

I am a bioinformatics and computational biology researcher focused on applying machine learning and multi-omics methods to biomedical problems, especially spatial transcriptomics and clinical prediction. During my MSc and internships I developed reproducible analysis pipelines, applied clustering and machine learning algorithms, and validated results across independent datasets to produce robust, explainable biological insights.

I have hands-on wet-lab sequencing experience and strong computational skills in Python and R, plus experience with tools such as ANNOVAR, Galaxy, WGCNA, and MetaboAnalyst. My projects include clustering cell types from CosMx spatial transcriptomics, integrative transcriptomics–metabolomics analyses, variant annotation, DIMS metabolomics processing, and machine learning for neuroblastoma clinical prediction.
