At the Center of Excellence in Computational Genomics at RV College of Engineering, I analyzed healthcare and genomic datasets using Python and bioinformatics tools, and applied machine learning models to extract clinical insights.
For my SLE Predictive Modeling project, I processed gene expression datasets to identify biomarkers and develop predictive models for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus diagnosis.
I built an AI-powered medical data analytics tool using Google Cloud technologies for the Google Cloud Gen AI Academy APAC 2026 Hackathon, where I was a Top 15 finalist. I also designed and prototyped a Peltier-effect cooler for off-grid vaccine storage, earning 2nd Place at Science Expo Srujana 2025.
My research includes a comparative thermochemical analysis of biomasses presented at the CONFLUENCE-2025 International Conference, and ongoing investigation of bioactive compounds and endophytic microorganisms in medicinal plants.
