At BRIC-CDFD, I lead bioinformatics analysis for concurrent PhD projects, building reproducible Nextflow and Snakemake pipelines on HPC infrastructure. I analyze ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, Hi-C, WGS, WES, and bTMP-seq data in R and Python.
I’ve assembled the halophyte grass Aeluropus lagopoides using de-novo and hybrid approaches, integrated Bionano optical mapping, and investigated salt-tolerance genes through comparative genomics. My work focuses on functional genomics, multi-omics integration, 3D genome architecture, DNA topology, variant interpretation, and regulatory networks.
