What I'm looking for
I'm architecting EFREI Lab's ONCO-JEPA multimodal deep-learning platform for lung cancer, using Docker and Agentic AI to integrate heterogeneous clinical data. I also transform single-cell RNA-seq data into pseudobulk profiles in R to identify high-confidence differential-expression signatures.
Previously, I developed a Government of India Virtual Labs RNA secondary-structure prediction tool using Zuker's Algorithm and built a coronary heart disease risk-classification model from large clinical datasets. My work spans multi-omics integration, automated bioinformatics workflows, deep learning, biomarker discovery, and clinically actionable transcriptomic analysis.
