What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product and software engineering organizations where I can align technology strategy, delivery, people development, and business outcomes across complex platforms.

At CSG, I lead software development projects spanning product engineering, cloud integration, test automation, journey orchestration, and quote-and-order experiences. I manage the full solution lifecycle, technical roadmaps, budgets, releases, and a 30-person engineering team.

I've built and led products across healthcare, telecom, retail, finance, ERP, CRM, and robotic process automation. At HealthSignz, I managed three major healthcare products and a 40-member development team; at XLHealth–United Healthcare, I delivered process automation using UiPath and .NET.

Across Accenture, Sonata Software, and Searock Infotech, I've combined architecture, delivery leadership, hiring, coaching, stakeholder management, and hands-on engineering. I focus on translating business needs into practical technology solutions and helping teams deliver reliably.
