I’m looking to lead engineering delivery with Agile/SAFe, ownership of architecture and team performance, and measurable outcomes. I want a customer-centric environment where I can scale cloud-native systems and continuously improve quality.

I’m a Senior Engineering Manager with 18+ years of product and application engineering experience, leading Agile/SAFe transformations and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions. I bring proven expertise in Java, Python, AWS Cloud, AI, DevOps, QA, and hands-on architecture, design, and deployment.

I’ve built and led high-performing, cross-functional teams across geographies—most notably managing a ~45+ member project team with multiple scrum teams, including scrum masters, architects, tech leads, QA, UI, and DevOps engineers. I’m accountable for on-time delivery, end-to-end product quality, stakeholder alignment, and proactive risk identification using KPI tracking and tools like JIRA.

My leadership has translated into measurable outcomes: I actively drove an adoption pilot for GitHub Copilot GenAI, improving productivity and streamlining testing; I improved CSAT to greater than 4 across multiple projects; and I achieved a 95% team retention rate over four years through coaching and clear career development paths. I also gained CMMI Level 5 experience in multi-vendor, large enterprise programs for clients including Verizon, IBM, and Citigroup.
