What I'm looking for
I’m a Telecommunications and infrastructure professional with 10+ years in NOC operations, VoIP systems, network management, and advanced technical support for enterprise clients. I diagnose complex production incidents, manage Linux servers, analyze logs, and build automation tools that reduce operational friction and improve service stability.
Most recently, I’ve led VoIP operations for a Voice AI platform across Latin America (9 countries), administering SIP trunking, optimizing Asterisk dial plans/routing/CDR, and improving call-quality observability with Prometheus and Grafana. Previously, I ensured high availability for VoIP and SMS platforms by managing Cloud Call Manager (Digitalk), SMS platform (Alaris), and GSM gateway fleets (Dinstar), while delivering Python + MySQL DID automation and coordinated L2/L3 incident resolution. I’m currently expanding my Linux administration, cloud (AWS, GCP), and DevOps skill set to help design scalable, cloud-based telephony architectures.
