I’m an Infrastructure Engineer with 4+ years of experience administering mission-critical systems for continuous operation. I specialize in Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, networking, and incident management within high-availability (24/7) infrastructures.
In my current role, I administer critical TETRA infrastructure for metropolitan transportation operations, including 5 Windows Servers and approximately 60 Linux-based base stations using CLI. I manage virtualized server environments (Hyper-V, VMware), perform proactive monitoring with Accessnet Fault Manager, and resolve incidents and problems through SAP using ITIL best practices.
I also coordinate directly with clients on infrastructure improvement projects and deliver technical reports focused on availability analysis and operational continuity. I’m currently strengthening my skills in cloud architecture and cybersecurity, supported by a Diploma in Technical Cybersecurity Management and work toward CompTIA Security+.
