I'm looking for a customer success or account-focused role where I can build trusted client partnerships, improve onboarding and retention, collaborate across teams, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth in healthcare or wellness.

At StoriiCare, I own onboarding and early product adoption for senior-adult healthcare clients, building trusted account relationships that support faster time-to-value and long-term retention.

Previously at Integrative Psychiatry Institute, I managed the full customer lifecycle for a community of 8,000+ students and alumni. I designed scalable onboarding systems, tracked retention, churn, and CSAT, and moved into high-ticket enrollment sales based on performance.

My work spans healthcare and wellness SaaS, provider credentialing, compliance, revenue-cycle workflow, and outbound sales. I use customer insight and engagement data to identify account-health, expansion, and product-roadmap opportunities.
