I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can lead onboarding and implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve processes, and build trusted relationships with multinational or U.S.-based clients.

I'm the post-sale point of contact at AI Architechs, guiding U.S.-based clients through onboarding, implementation, technical interviews, and hiring decisions.

I coordinate access, documentation, schedules, action items, and updates between clients, candidates, leadership, and technical teams. I also create SOPs that standardize recruitment operations and customer-facing processes.

Previously at Marsh S.A., I managed 50+ multinational corporate accounts in pharmaceutical and automotive sectors, coordinating renewals, policy changes, payment processes, and executive-level account servicing across multiple countries.

My background also includes bilingual research and reporting for RACI. I bring clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders in Spanish and English.
