I've built more than 10 years of hospitality and tourism experience across Sayulita, Mexico, as well as Thailand and South America. I create memorable guest experiences in restaurants, bars, hotels, guided tours, and surf tourism.

At Sayulita Burger Company, I managed daily restaurant operations, trained staff, oversaw inventory, suppliers, and purchasing, and improved service quality and customer satisfaction. As Bar Manager at Public House Sayulita, I led bar operations, staff training, budgets, inventory, promotions, and special events.

I've also supported guests at Hotel Casa Lotería through check-ins, reservations, tours, local recommendations, and coordination with housekeeping. As a tour guide with Ally Cat, I guided whale-watching and island tours while sharing information about humpback whales, local wildlife, and surrounding islands.

As a surf instructor, I teach guests of different skill levels while maintaining high ocean-safety standards. I also volunteer with Fundación Surfeando Sonrisas, helping create safe, inclusive, and empowering adaptive surf experiences.
