What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote guest experience or short-term rental operations role where I can manage reservations, guest communication, and high-standard property operations across U.S. Central time hours.

At Arrivals Mexico, I manage 19 vacation-rental properties across Mexico City and Tulum, handling roughly 140 reservations each month across Airbnb and Booking.com.

I run the full guest and reservation cycle, from inquiries, availability, and check-in instructions to check-out follow-up, while coordinating cleaning and maintenance for demanding single-night turnovers near the U.S. Embassy. My work has supported Airbnb Superhost status, with 60% of properties rated Guest Favorite and a 9.10 Booking.com portfolio average.

Previously, I led front-desk operations for two boutique hotels at Grupo Rumba and welcomed international guests at Hotelito Azul. I work fluently in English and natively in Spanish, using automation and hands-on support to keep guest communication fast and personal.
