I’m looking to lead property and hospitality operations where I can manage OTAs, reservations, and guest relations with Cloudbeds/Opera PMS—while driving revenue optimization and exceptional guest experiences through organized, people-first operations.

I’m a results-driven hospitality professional with 25+ years of experience in hotel operations, tourism, property management, event planner work, and customer service. I’m especially strong in guest experience, reservations systems, and remote support that keeps properties running smoothly.

I oversee vacation rental and hospitality operations end-to-end, including housekeeping, concierge services, maintenance, landscaping, and listing management. I coordinate guest check-ins and make sure every stay delivers exceptional experiences.

I manage OTA performance across Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, and VRBO, using systems and digital tools such as Cloudbeds and Opera PMS. I also handle staff management, front desk operations, and compliance with community and hospitality standards.

In addition, I direct event operations and wedding planning, coordinating logistics, vendor relationships, venue selection, and day-of execution. I bring a customer-first, detail-obsessed approach—whether I’m optimizing revenue, leading teams, or creating memorable moments.
