What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I support customers with SaaS/cloud products, build and manage Azure environments, troubleshoot issues end-to-end, and help improve onboarding and support workflows.

I’ve supported customers with their tech support needs since February 2013, and I enjoy turning problems into reliable solutions. I’ve customized software to match customer needs and helped onboard new customers using our SaaS solution.

On the technical side, I built Azure servers for customers and gained hands-on experience with cloud solutions, databases, and ticketing systems. I also pride myself on clear communication and strong customer service, including being a top seller among employees at the Microsoft Store.

Earlier in my career, I supervised production line work for refurbished cell phones—overseeing operations, balancing inventory levels, and decreasing losses. I’m now focused on roles where I can combine customer support, cloud/IT work, and continuous improvement to help teams deliver better outcomes.
