What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, member services, provider relations, or operations role where I can handle complex inquiries, support people with empathy, meet service metrics, and contribute across teams.

I've supported members at Foodsmart through high-volume outbound outreach, appointment follow-ups, and navigation of nutritional and wellness resources while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
