What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a KPI-driven customer support role in a fast-paced team, where I can resolve billing and service issues, support healthcare insurance compliance, and grow further in CRM/funnel automation to improve customer experience.

I’m a BPO associate with 3 years of customer support experience across healthcare, retail, and logistics. I handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer inquiries, and resolve billing, product, or service-related issues.

In fast-paced environments, I focus on customer satisfaction while meeting KPIs like AHT, CSAT, and first call resolution. At TechMahindra, I delivered customer service via call and chat, assisted with retail and logistics support, and helped with order-related tasks and administrative tracking.

At WIPRO, I supported healthcare insurance and ensured compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). I also worked as a travel agency assistant and supported social media design and marketing materials, and I’m currently training in Funnel+ Automation and Apollo CRM, including payment integration.
