At VHB, I support multi-region HR operations for 1,000+ employees, partnering with managers, HR leaders, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership on employee relations, leave administration, accommodations, compliance, and workforce needs.

I've managed 150+ leaves of absence and 20+ workplace accommodations while coordinating ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, and policy requirements. I coach leaders through employee matters, policy interpretation, communications, and compliance-driven decisions.

Previously at VHB, I coordinated onboarding and offboarding for 200+ employees annually, maintained HRIS and employee records, and supported employee engagement, recognition, training, and People & Culture initiatives across multiple regions.

I also supported workforce planning and recruitment across 30+ offices, helping recruit 250+ employees through requisitions, interviews, ATS workflows, offers, and onboarding transitions. I'm focused on improving HR workflows, employee experience, and operational scalability through process improvement, reporting, and AI-enabled HR discussions.
