What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead remote project coordination, customer success, and operational improvement work where I can align stakeholders, strengthen processes, improve adoption, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

At Profasee, I support Amazon sellers implementing and optimizing AI-powered pricing technology. I’ve onboarded more than 40 customers, managed over $25k in annual managed revenue, and maintained a 90% customer retention rate.

I analyze performance across 300+ ASINs and provide pricing recommendations that have generated average sales improvements of 12%–18%. I also partner with engineering on API integrations and pricing issues while maintaining a 95% SLA resolution rate.

Previously at CloudFactory Kenya, I coordinated project delivery, workforce planning, quality management, and client communication for distributed teams of more than 100 remote workers.
