What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting Java applications, resolving customer issues, analysing root causes, and improving business processes through collaboration and clear communication.

I've supported Java applications for SAP Labs and IBM, investigating user issues, diagnosing system faults, and delivering practical resolutions.

On SAP Ariba at SAP Labs, I used SNOW, Service Manager, OpenGrok, and OpsInspector to manage incidents, troubleshoot problems, document findings, and escalate major concerns when needed.

At IBM, I supported the EFMS project for AT&T, using Oracle Database, AOTS, and Eclipse IDE to analyse issues and provide step-by-step solutions for customers.
