With over four years in the Marketing and Communication Department of a commercial bank and two years as the owner of an e-commerce business targeting the French market, I’ve honed a client-centric approch built on empathy, responsiveness and attention to detail. At BIIC (formerly BAIC), I led diverse communication initiatives, managed email correspondance, and organized client-facing events—experiences that sharpened my ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and care.
In 2023, I ran Fit By Vannie Ltd, a Shopify-based online store where I single-handedly managed product launches, created SEO-optimized content, and handled customer service via email and phone. This hands-on role taught me the importance of timely, thoughtful support and solidified my decision to transition into a customer-focused role full time.
