What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote role that values marketing and offers opportunities for growth.

With a Master's degree in Marketing and over four years of experience in the Marketing Department at a commercial bank, I have honed my skills in customer relationship management and effective communication. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, followed by various roles that have shaped my professional ethos.

Recently I was self-employed and running an online retail store on Shopify. Unfortunately, my business was not profitable so I was forced to stop. But through this experience I acquired new skills, like Ecommerce, basic graphic design skills, SEO, Meta Ads and the ability to work independently from home.

At BIIC, I successfully managed communication and marketing campaigns, designed satisfaction surveys, and launched the company's LinkedIn page. My ability to build trust with customers and my attention to detail have been pivotal in delivering results. I am passionate about providing quality customer service and am eager to leverage my skills in a remote customer support role.
