I’m seeking a remote instructional design role creating scalable, high-impact learning experiences. I specialize in eLearning, curriculum design, and performance-based training using Articulate 360. I bring a data-driven approach and focus on measurable outcomes, and I’m eager to grow into advanced instructional design and learning strategy roles.

I’m an instructional designer with a background in STEM education, where I’ve spent years designing engaging, data-driven learning experiences that improve learner outcomes. My work has focused on translating complex concepts into clear, accessible instruction while using data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

I specialize in eLearning development, curriculum design, and performance-based training using tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise). I’ve designed interactive lessons, assessments, and learning experiences that increase engagement and retention, while streamlining content delivery.
