At HCL Technologies, I architect Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, ITAM, and HRSD solutions across hybrid on-premises and Azure environments. I improved CI population accuracy by about 20% and reduced failed Discovery runs by about 25% through Discovery schedules and MID Server clustering.

I build CSDM 4.0-aligned CMDB governance, tune IRE rules, and automate CI cleanup, reclassification, and retirement with scripts and scheduled jobs. My work has reduced orphan CIs by 15–20% while strengthening CI-to-asset relationships, software compliance, and hardware lifecycle visibility.

Previously at TCS, I owned ITSM processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management while sustaining 95%+ SLA compliance. I also built REST API and Flow Designer integrations that reduced manual triage by about 30% and supported faster incident resolution.

Across HCL and TCS, I connect Dynatrace, Moogsoft, SolarWinds, and Azure Monitor to ServiceNow Event Management for AIOps alert correlation and lower incident volume. I also design HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Catalog, lifecycle workflows, dashboards, and integrations that bring CMDB, asset, HR, and operational data into a single source of truth.
