I've led ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB delivery at Infosys, supporting a pilot migration from an existing CMDB to ServiceNow. I worked directly with the client IT Manager and ServiceNow Architect, led a four-member team, translated requirements into Jira stories, and coordinated validation and client sign-off.

Previously, I improved CMDB governance and data quality at Capgemini and Deloitte through CI lifecycle management, Discovery validation, reconciliation, normalization, relationship management, reporting, and CMDB Health monitoring. I partner closely with infrastructure, application, network, cloud, security, and implementation teams to keep configuration data accurate, complete, and reliable.

My earlier work at IBM and Zensar focused on major incident, escalation, and service operations. I lead critical incident bridges, coordinate resolver teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, support RCA, and drive restoration within SLA commitments.
