What I'm looking for

I seek product roles where I can lead AI-native digital banking initiatives, drive roadmap and delivery, collaborate cross-functionally, and build customer-centric, data-driven banking products.

I am a product leader with 13+ years in financial services technology, focused on Cash Management, CRM, Internet Banking, and Core Banking solutions across India and the UAE.

Currently I integrate AI-native capabilities into a Cash Management System at Aurionpro Solutions, applying Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to build hyper-personalization and autonomous workflows.

I have led end-to-end delivery for large banks, including enterprise Cash Management System delivery and large-scale portal migrations, and I translate complex business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

I hold an MBA from IIM Kozhikode, have hands-on experience reviewing Python model outputs and Streamlit prototypes, and I use tools like Figma, Miro, and Power BI to drive product adoption and stakeholder alignment.
