Driving AI product development for Aurion AI, the AI-native evolution of Aurionpro's enterprise Cash Management System. Applying AI product discovery practices to identify and prioritize workflows, authoring AI PRDs, and building workflows in n8n.

Led end-to-end delivery of an enterprise Cash Management System for SBI, spanning Payments, Collections, Mandates and a large-scale legacy-to-new-platform portal migration. Drove digital transformation and aligned stakeholders across the full project lifecycle.

Implemented a Power BI analytics reporting module for First Abu Dhabi Bank, delivering real-time business intelligence to executive stakeholders. Owned product backlog and sprint planning, and drove data lake architecture design.

Delivered a Cash Management System and a blockchain-based remittance portal for IndusInd Bank, applying SWIFT MT/MX standards. Authored business case and analysis documents, structured requirements into user stories, and designed UAT test scenarios.

Owned product delivery for CRM, Cash Management and Internet Banking products across 6+ banking clients in India and the UAE. Owned full SDLC including BRD, functional specifications, test planning, UAT, defect lifecycle, RTM and production sign-off.
