At Santander, I led a COO-sponsored client hierarchies programme supporting a €75M revenue portfolio, migrated 105K+ records and reduced request turnaround time by 40%.

Across 26 years in Tier-1 banks, FinTechs and financial market infrastructures, I've taken complex programmes from C-suite advisory and pre-sales through solution design, product development, target operating model design and BAU transition. I've delivered Fenergo implementation, BCBS239 data transformation, clearing and settlement platforms, and SaaS collateral-reference-data products while leading global teams and multi-million-pound change.
